A deliciously healthy snack for everyone in the family - from the veggie lovers to the little ones. Made with our 100% natural Dill Seeds + Herbs Dip & Spread

Chef's note: 

  • Leave out the refrigerated cream cheese till it comes to room temperature. This makes it easier to mix with the other ingredients and faster to put together. To store the dip once it’s ready, just place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 24 hours

Ingredients:

  • 8 to 10 Jalapeños 
  • 100 grams of boiled Corn kernels 
  • 100 grams of finely chopped of Red Bell Pepper 
  • 15 to 20 chopped Black Olives 
  • 200 grams of Cream Cheese 
  • 3 tablespoons of Boombay’s Dill Seeds + Herbs Dip & Spread

Cook
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cream cheese, corns, olives, bell peppers, jalapeños, and our Dill Seeds + Herbs Dip & Spread
  2. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated
  3. Serve immediately with your favourite chips or allow it to chill in the fridge for a few hours before putting on the table
