Ingredients:
- 300 grams of bite-sized Paneer cubes
- 10 to 12 Papdis or Puris
- Boombay’s Chilli + Garlic Sauce
- ½ of a chopped Onion
- Chopped coriander
- Finely chopped Tomatoes
- Green Chutney
- Sev to garnish
- Chopped coriander

Prep:
- Finely chop the onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves before setting them aside.
- Boil 2 to 3 medium or large potatoes in a pressure cooker, pan or instant pot until soft and tender.
- Once they cool down, peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.

Cook:
- Sev Puri requires no elaborate cooking. All you need to do is assemble the prepped ingredients.
- Place a flat puri or papdi on a plate.
- Add the onions and tomatoes to the puri or papdi base.
- Sprinkle chaat masala to your heart’s desire.
- Top with paneer, green chutney and Boombay’s Chilli + Garlic Sauce.

Garnish:
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the Sev Puris and enjoy!
